Blue Sea Capital is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement to acquire Milos Klinika, a leading ophthalmology clinic based in Belgrade, Serbia. Milos Klinika (“the Clinic“) prides itself on its exceptional medical team led by Prof. Dr Zoran Kuljača, a distinguished and recognised ophthalmology expert. The Clinic delivers the highest standard of care to its patients across the region.

Following its creation of the MediGroup platform, Blue Sea Capital continues to invest in the medical sector in Serbia, now focusing on the ophthalmology sector where the Clinic is the number one player. Having overseen the development of the Clinic in the past, Prof. Dr Kuljača will remain at the Clinic as Medical Director for the foreseeable future.
