Blue Sea Capital Fund is investing (alone or with other established private equity funds) in controlling stakes in small to medium sized private companies with strong growth potential in the countries of former Yugoslavia.

Blue Sea Capital Fund is looking to benefit from the reintegration of the markets in the region and staged accession into the EU by investing in businesses with regional growth potential, following up clear trends already initiated by some large strategic and private equity players.

The Region has a total population of 19.2 million and GDP of USD 249 billion, with two of its economies (Croatia and Slovenia - generating more than 50% of the region’s GDP) being EU, Euro area and Schengen area members.

Blue Sea Capital’s regional coverage set-up and experience put it in an excellent position to capitalise on the attractive investment opportunities of small to medium sized companies in its investment region.
