Blue Sea Capital announces the successful completion of the sale of its stake in Imlek, the leading dairy producer in Southeast Europe, to a consortium of regional investors led by AJFH, the family office of entrepreneur and investor Andrej Jovanović, together with Imlek's CEO, Bojan Radun. The transaction completed on 27 April 2026.

The sale marks the successful culmination of Blue Sea Capital's involvement with Imlek since 2015, alongside MidEuropa as part of the Moji Brendovi platform, during which the company underwent significant operational modernisation, brand strengthening, and substantial investment into production capacity.

Imlek represents the final exit from Blue Sea Capital's fund, marking the successful conclusion of the fund's investment cycle.
