Blue Sea Capital is pleased to announce that its Serbian health care platform MediGroup today completed its acquisition of Dom Zdravlja Jedro from Delta Generali Insurance, adding the third largest outpatient provider in Serbia to MediGroup. In addition, MediGroup signed an agreement with Delta Generali, expanding cooperation with the leader in private health insurance in Serbia.

With the acquisition of Jedro, MediGroup continues to consolidate the market, adding one of the largest players in the sector, reaching half a million procedures and over 200 thousand patient visits annually.
