Saša oversees the investment strategy of the Fund and supports the deal teams in transaction execution, offering particularly active participation during the stages of investment origination, negotiation and execution. Saša is the chairman of the Investment Committee. He also maintains close relationships with the Fund’s LPs and business partners.

Prior to founding Blue Sea Capital, he was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank London spearheading its activities in CEE.

Previously, he worked for 2 years at Agrokor, as a member of the Management Board and Head of the Strategy and M&A department.

Before joining Agrokor, Saša spent 8 years at the EBRD in London, where he originated and executed a variety of consumer and retail transactions both of equity and debt nature. He held board director position or observer status on a number of boards of investee companies throughout CEE.
